Refund policy

We do not do returns on live animals.   Remember that taking in a new puppy is a very big responsibility that should be planned and very well thought out.  The move is also very stressful on your newfound member of the pack.  These moves take time for them to fully acclimate to a new environment.  They will need lots of love, support, and training from their new pack members.
